Run Sheldon is a free endless runner game developed and published by Bee Square. Originally released for iOS devices on the App Store in April 11, 2012 and later it was ported to Android. The game features Sheldon, winner of the famous ‘Tortoise and the Hare’ Golden Racing Trophy and the hares, who are not too happy about losing the race.
The game uses a simple, one-touch system to control the sheldon; when the player presses anywhere on the touchscreen, Sheldon runs. When the player lets go, Sheldon runs and he is continually in motion, the player does not control his speed, simply his movement along the vertical axis.
The objective of the game is to travel as far as possible, collect coins, and avoid six different enemies on the ground, from the air and in the water. As the player runs, golden colored coins appear which the player can collect. At the end of each run, these coins are totaled and can be used to award the player with various prizes, including bouncing bubble, super wings, mega boost, and glide power. The coins can also be used to purchase clothing and lives.
